SUNDAY SCHOOL
We have something for all ages. Sunday School has been fading from many churches, but here at Trinity Wesleyan Church we believe in Sunday School. We are committed to making Sunday School Great Again.
Please join us every Sunday at 10:30 AM, where we “study to show ourselves approved!” All Children’s classes are in the Family Life Center.
ADULT CLASSES
BEREAN/FRIENDSHIP
Choir Room in Sanctuary
Taught by: Rev. Raymond Phaup
Raymond and his wife Mary Ann have been involved in Christian ministry for 60 years and they still love what they do
We use the curriculum published by the Wesleyan Church. This is a quarterly booklet, usually focused on one book of the Bible. The quarterlies are furnished to each member of the class. Each three months, we begin another series of lessons.
RADICALS
Reference Library in the Family Life Center
Taught by: Joe Hayes
Joe is a retired public-school teacher who also taught in various Christian schools including Miracle Hill and Brainard Indian School
We are radical because we are not the traditional Sunday School class. We are more like a small group that gathers together to study and discuss the Bible. This class tries to reach out to people who are not strongly connected to the church and help get them established in the faith and the church. We believe the class should have an outreach ministry. We minister to the memory care group at the Downs and give out tracts at church and community events and donate to various church projects.
KINGDOM BUILDERS
Dining Room in the Family Life Center
Current Teacher: Jerry Cade
We rotate teachers sometimes in this class. In January we started a series on a book by Jim Garlow called, Well Versed. It’s an overview Biblical answers to the trends in our culture. Marriage, abortion, taxes, immigration, climate change government and more. The Bible addresses it all. We all need to be “well versed.”
